Born in Tasmania, like the man behind it. This is Ricky Ponting's own Barbeque sauce, crafted in partnership with Island Harvest Tasmania and chef Adrian Richardson.
We started with sun-ripened Australian tomatoes, then added Ponting's own Tasmanian Pinot Noir and hand-foraged native Tasmanian pepperberry, with a touch of French Dijon mustard for depth. The result is rich, balanced and built for sharing, whether that's steak off the grill, ribs, burgers or a roast pork on a Sunday.
Made from 97% Australian ingredients, free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, and gluten free.
