The Members' Stand Wine Club | Terms of Service
1. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older and residing in Australia.

By joining, members confirm that all personal and payment details provided are accurate and current.
2. Membership Tiers
Ponting Wines offers two exclusive Wine Club tiers:
Platinum Club

Deliveries every quarter (every 3 months)

20% off every order

Free delivery on all shipments
-
Bonus Welcome Gift valued at $185, provided after your first successful payment
-
Minimum commitment: three (3) quarterly shipments before cancellation
Gold Club
-
Deliveries every six months (biannually)
-
15% off every order
-
Free delivery on all shipments
-
Minimum commitment: two (2) biannual shipments before cancellation
3. Welcome Gift
-
New Platinum members will receive a complimentary Welcome Gift pack valued at $185 after or with their first paid shipment.

The Welcome Gift is subject to availability and may be substituted for wines of equal or greater value at the discretion of Ponting Wines.

The Welcome Gift is available once per new membership and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4. Membership Commitment
-
By joining the Ponting Wine Club, you agree to commit to a minimum of three shipments (Platinum) or two shipments (Gold) before cancellation is permitted.

Shipments are automatically processed on a recurring basis according to your selected tier.

After your minimum term has been met, you may pause or cancel your membership by emailing orders@pontingwines.com.au at least 14 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
5. Orders and Billing

Your nominated credit card will be securely charged prior to each shipment.

You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been processed, including your order details and delivery tracking information.

Payments are handled through a secure payment gateway (Stripe) — Ponting Wines does not store or have access to your credit card information.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Wines are dispatched from South Australia via Australia Post or a trusted courier partner.

If Authority to Leave (ATL) is provided, Ponting Wines is not liable for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

If ATL is not provided and no one is available to receive the delivery, a card will be left with redelivery or collection details.

While every effort is made to ensure safe and timely delivery, Ponting Wines is not responsible for delays caused by external couriers or Australia Post.
7. Wine Selection and Substitutions

Each shipment features wines curated by the Ponting Wines team to reflect the season and club tier.

If a specific wine becomes unavailable, a suitable replacement of equal or higher value may be substituted at Ponting Wines’ discretion.
8. Pricing and Benefits

Members enjoy exclusive pricing, benefits, and access to limited releases as listed at the time of joining.

Pricing and benefits may change, with at least 30 days’ notice provided via email.

Discounts apply only to active members and cannot be backdated to previous purchases.
9. Communication and Privacy

By joining the Ponting Wine Club, you agree to receive communication from Ponting Wines regarding your membership, promotions, and updates.

Ponting Wines will never share or sell your personal information.

10. General Conditions

Ponting Wines reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updates will be reflected on the Ponting Wines website and emailed to members.

Membership benefits, pricing, and shipment timing may vary due to operational requirements or seasonal changes.
